Who I am
Skystar Designs is a trading name of Naeem Mirza, 55 Hillreach, London SE18 4AL. I'm responsible for any personal information you give me through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or email. You can contact me at info@skystardesigns.com.
What I collect
- If you use the contact form: your name, phone number, business name and message.
- If you call, WhatsApp or email me: your number or email address and what you send.
- When you visit the site: the hosting provider processes your IP address and basic browser details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Why I use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the service you've asked for. The legal bases are my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to my email.
- Jolt Hosting, which hosts this website and my email.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message me there.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. I never sell your information or use it for anyone else's marketing.
How long I keep it
If an enquiry doesn't lead to work, I delete it within 12 months. If you become a client, I keep your records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes.
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies or use tracking or advertising tools. Its fonts are stored on this site, so loading a page doesn't contact any other company.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
